My Bio
I am a primarily self-taught artist with a particular interest in fashion and art-to-wear. I submitted to my first juried regional art show when I was 40; 'Conundrum' was accepted by juror Rock Huska at that show, making it my first work displayed since high-school art exhibits. I have participated in several genre art shows at regional steampunk-themed art rooms. I create when the need strikes me. I encourage anybody interested in trying out art who has vision, to experiment and find the voice and muse that work for you.

Just a quick note. I will try to respond to direct comments once I realize they are here. But, I am getting used to the interface, so hopefully don't find myself inadvertently deleting or double-responding to the occasional comment while I get used to the site.
I sincerely appreciate it if something I have created speaks to others. I get so used to making things to settle that maker urge, that once it's made, I'm off to the next thing. Coming back to look at things fresh once there is distance from the making, and seeing it with fresh eyes, is something I need to remember to do more often.
